CYO 90th Mini-Tournament Details
In celebration of our 90th Anniversary we will be holding a mini-tournament for all our U9 players and teams. Round robin games will be held on Saturday January 6th, and the semis and finals on Sunday January 7th.
Round robin games will be approximately 12-15 minutes, full ice, 5-on-5, change on the fly, with officials. Scores will be kept.
Saturday January 6th (11am to 1pm)
11am = Game 1 : Canadiens vs Majors
11:20 = Game 2 : Eagles vs Redwings
11:40 = Game 3 : Canadiens vs Eagles
(flood after 1 hour)
12pm = Game 4: Redwings vs Majors
12:20 = Game 5: Redwings vs Canadiens
12:40 = Game 6: Eagles vs Majors
After the round robin on Saturday, teams will be "ranked" for the semi's and finals on Sunday.
Sunday January 7th (11am to 1:30pm)
11am = Semi Game 1 : 2nd place vs 3rd place
11:40 = Semi Game 2 : 1st place vs 2nd place
(flood, teams are reseeded for the finals and consolation)
12pm to 12:30 = Consolation Game, 3rd place vs 4th place, with medal presentation and photos after the game
12:45 to 1:15 = Finals Game, 1st place vs 2nd place, with medal presentation and photos after the game
