Players must be paid in full, or arrangements made with the office or treasure to pay in full before a player is allowed on the ice. Any player not paid in full before the first official ice time will be considered ineligible and not allowed to participate in any CYO activity until payment received or a written agreement has been reached with the Registrar or Treasurer.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar or Treasurer.

Refund requests submitted after the first ice time will be pro-rated to deduct the ice used, player insurance, and administrative costs.  

There is a $50.00 Administration Fee charged for any refund requested before September 30th. After that date the fee increases to $75.00 due to mandatory HC, OHF and Alliance fees charged after that date. 

Refunds will be processed within 30-60 days and returned based on method of payment. For example, if the initial payment was made by credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card on file.

No refunds will be issued to those expecting funding support until after the funding support has been received. No refunds will be issued of funding support to any party other than the funding provider.
