Payment must be received before September 15th, 2022 to confirm your spot.
Registration fee is $1250 per team per division. Payments can be made by e-transfer to
[email protected]. Please note team name and division in the comment box. If paying by cheque, please make the cheque out to: CYO Minor Hockey and mail it to PO Box 29042 Carlton, St. Catharines, Ontario, L2R 1R0.
Covid-19 Cancellation/Refund Policy
- If the tournament must be cancelled due to or related to Covid-19 and a replacement date can be accommodated, teams will be offered a choice between (a) the opportunity to carry their team fee over as a credit for the new tournament weekend date, or (b) receive a refund of the team fee minus a $50 administrative fee.
- If the tournament must be cancelled due to or related to Covid-19 and a replacement date cannot be accommodated, teams will be offered a refund of the team fee minus a $50 administrative fee.
- If a team must withdraw from the tournament due to a change in their Ontario covid-19 ranking zone (ie. if they are put into a no-travel colour zone), a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be provided.
- If a team must withdraw from the tournament due to or related to a Covid-19 quarantine protocol, a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be provided. This refund request must be accompanied by a letter on league letterhead from the President or Risk Director confirming the team is under quarantine. When this occurs, it is the team's obligation to notify the tournament office as soon as possible that the team will not be participating.
Cancellation/Refund Policy (Normal Operations)
- A refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, shall be given if a team withdraws on or before September 30th, 2022.
- No refund shall be given if a team withdraws after September 30th, 2022 unless a replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found, all but the $100 administrative fee will be returned.
- No refund shall be given if a team withdraws within 7 days of the start of the tournament (on or after October 13, 2022) regardless of whether or not a replacement team is found. When this occurs, it is still the team's obligation to notify the tournament office as soon as possible that the team will not be participating.
